On Wednesday, May 13th, 2020 from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM, Monroe Co. Medical Center and the Monroe County Health Department are partnering to offer free Coronavirus / COVID-19 testing. The testing site will be located in the basement area of the Medical Center: 529 Capp Harlan Rd; Tompkinsville, Ky (signs will be posted). You do not need a physician order or have to be exhibiting symptoms of the disease to participate. Results should be provided within 24-36 hours.
To register, contact the hospital at 270-487-9231 ext 1155. You will also be asked to complete the COVID-19 PUI form which you download below. Bring this form to the testing site on the day of the test. Healthcare Providers and First Responders will be given first priority followed by all individuals 18 or over.
